KEY & RESPONSIBILITIES (Head Office):
- Develop and manage a comprehensive pan-India database of organisations supporting research and project management initiatives.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with field-based organisations from the pan-India database to facilitate effective project implementation.
- Translate project objectives into actionable plans, creating detailed project timelines and workflows to ensure efficient execution.
- Provide key insights about the context of the ground-based organization and the location for proposed studies.
- Initiate and manage partnerships with external organisations through relationship building, and negotiations that lead to the documentation of formal agreements (MoUs, contracts).
SKILLS:
- Travel to locations of potential field-based organisations to analyse feasibility for partnerships.
- Assist the immediate manager in capacity building of partner organisations for projects.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical standards in research practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate field operations with overall research strategies.
- Closely collaborate with the immediate manager to maintain project management documents.
