JOB OVERVIEW

The Cluster Manager for Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the PMFBY scheme across multiple clusters. onship with Client and Govt. officials

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of the PMFBY scheme across assigned clusters, ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government officials, insurance providers, and local agricultural agencies to facilitate the successful execution of the scheme.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to assess the ground realities, address issues, and provide support to local teams and farmers.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to the scheme’s performance, including farmer enrollment, claim settlements, and outreach activities.
  • Training & Capacity Building: Organize and conduct training sessions for field staff and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the PMFBY scheme and improve operational efficiency.
